The Ultra-efficient HYAERO Vacuum Rinser

Our HYAERO Vacuum Rinser has greater flexibility and it can universally process all common dimensions of cans. Industries such as food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals have seen the massive benefits of using it. It is a development project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).

With HYAERO Vacuum Rinser, cans are sucked using a vacuum into the perforated chain and are thoroughly rinsed using ionized air and/or water after being rotated 180° around the rinser.

Advantages of our HYAERO Vacuum Rinser

The biggest advantage of HYAERO Vacuum Rinser is that no cans are crushed during the rinsing process. There is no or minimal pressure required for the whole rinsing process with HYAERO Vacuum Rinser. It can universally process all types of cans at an ultra-speed performance of 120,000 cans per hour. For cans with different size or dimensions, you only need to adjust the inlet and outlet of the rinser head, without having the need to modify the vacuum generation system.
